Nothing too much trouble, I would recomand it. Thanks very much for great stay in Winter and close enough to amazing food places, dozens of supermarkets and several bicycle rental stations, restaurants shops & coffee shops, and a convenience store. It has particularly good, favourable setting. Staff is nice and courteous.

The room is nice and comfortable with balconies. The location of the accommodation is great and amazing not far from a nice area of Mexico City. Staffs are great.

Thank you very much for this PERFECT experience for holidays. The staff is helpful, the room is modern. It has peaceful and absolutely perfect location, a 5-minute drive to a historic hilltop castle. Plus there is a wide array of things to see and do; restaurants and bars were located close to the property.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. We were able to easily explore the city and visit popular tourist spots without much hassle. the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was modern and clean, making our stay quite enjoyable.

There were a few things that could be improved upon. The lack of communication from the staff was a bit frustrating, as some of them did not speak English fluently.

suites rio elba exceeded my expectations during this stay! central location, friendly staff, and the incredible chapultepec park next door made it a perfect choice. felt safe with 24h security and enjoyed the comfortable suite with a beautiful piano and soft bed sheets.

We stayed at Suites Rio Elba for over a week and had a great experience. The location was superb and very convenient, situated between Polanco and Roma. The suite itself was modern, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the daily cleaning service and laundry assistance were much appreciated. The amenities, including a large fridge/freezer and microwave, added convenience to our stay. The surrounding area also had plenty of dining options and shops within easy walking distance.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern design of our room at Suites Rio Elba. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and in working order. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the important areas we wanted to visit.
